(Ashoora) 42 : 4
لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ
To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth; He is the Highest, the Supreme.
It is told in verse 32: 4 that Allah is the One who created the heavens, the earth, and all in between them within six days; then He established Himself on the Throne. You have no protector or intercessor besides Him. See explanation 2: 29, 2: 255, and 4: 130–133.
